Description
The Seraclone ABO are monoclonal reagents intended for the determination of ABO antigens on human red blood cells. Seraclone Anti-A and Anti-A,B are capable of reacting with A1, A2, A3 and Ax subgroups. Seraclone Anti-B and Anti-A,B are capable of reacting with B and B weak subgroups. Seraclone ABO antisera do not react with cryptoantigens (T, Tn, and Tk activated).
