DAT IgG1/IgG3
Short description
ID-Card containing two dilutions of both anti-IgG1 and IgG3, used to differentiate between low and high risk for hemolysis
Main features
- The level of sensitivity of IgG1 and IgG3 antisera adjusted to assess the risk for red cell destruction in vivo
- Assessing the risk of hemolysis due to IgG1 and/or IgG3 antibodies coated on red blood cells
- Two protocols: one for determination of IgG by a positive DAT and one for determination of IgG by a positive IAT
- Easy to use
Description
In the ID-Card DAT IgG1/IgG3, 2 dilutions of both anti-IgG1 and IgG3 are added to the gel, to allow the differentiation between low and high risk for hemolysis.
A positive reaction with the first dilution has a sensitivity of approximately 1,000 IgG1 and 125 IgG3 molecules/cells respectively. A positive reaction with the second dilution indicates a high concentration of anti-IgG1 and/or IgG3 antibodies.
