Description
Two-cell screening for donors
- Two RhD positive cells (CCDee and ccDEE)
- Double dose for Fyᵃ and Jkᵃ
- At least one cell positive for K, Fyᵇ, Jkᵇ, Lea, Leᵇ, P₁, M, N, S and s
- Tested by serology for HLA Class I antigens
