Description
The ID-Card Coombs Anti-IgG consists of 6 microtubes containing anti-human globulin anti-IgG (rabbit), within the gel matrix. Some laboratories prefer to use anti-IgG AHG serum because there is no interference from complement components, which may be non-specifically bound to the red cell.
