Description

Anti-A₁ Absorbed agglutinates A₁ cells, but reacts negatively or only weakly with A₂ cells. Approximately 80% of group A or AB individuals have red cells that are agglutinated by anti-A₁ and are thus classified as A₁ or A1B. This reagent is available in an ID-Card with 6 microtubes containing human anti-A₁ within the gel matrix.
